Entrega de “voucher” a gravidas de baixo poder econômico, para que façam um curso pré-natal em instituições credenciadas, onde também receberão informações sobre a educação não-violenta.
Adicionalmente, a lei estabelecerá que os hospitais públicos sejam treinados a realizarem partos humanizados.
